Support options

Support and maintenance contracts are availabe giving you the benefit to be able to budget in case of any hardware failure. Our contracts start from £10 per computer per month. No expensive call rate number to contact an engineer, no labour costs, no call out fee's, no inflated replacement part costs and definitly no hanging about to get it fixed, on site within 5 hours of initial contact. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile. If data can be saved it will be. If the computer needs workshop repair we will endevour to have it returned in 24 hours.

We are 24/7, 365 days a year available should there be a problem but there are times when we are busy or have minimal staffing and cannot answer phone within the first ring or reply 60 seconds after you've sent an email.

Email is the best form of communication to get lots of information to us and it also keeps a written record. Please use the support ticket system here.

If you do wish to call us and don't get through to a human, please do leave a message with your name, return telephone number and a breif outline of what the problem is. We always return calls so long as we know who called!
